My Chill is showing an error, what should I do?

First, make sure there's nothing wrong with the system:

  • The radiators should be de-aerated (bled)

  • The system pressure should be between 1 and 2 bar

  • The QuickConnector valves should be open, and the pipes correctly latched into them

Once you've checked this, unplug the Chill, wait 30 seconds, plug it back in and try again. If the error happens again, contact customer support.
